R&D Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the management of the R&D team

2. Provide technical support and guidance to after-sales and production departments, and effective collaboration among departments
3. Responsible for organizing the formulation and implementation of strategic planning for technology development, new product R&D planning, and implementation of technology improvement projects, and supervising their execution

4. Guide and participate in the company's new product demand analysis and outline design, organize and participate in technical research

5. Responsible for organizing and reviewing process planning, personnel division of labor, resource coordination, progress control, quality control, risk control, and cost control during product realization

6. Responsible for analyzing and summarizing the experiences and lessons learned during the R&D process, sorting out the important results of each project, and forming an internal resource library

7. Responsible for managing and formulating product R&D direction and content, and responsible for product-related technical decisions and technical solutions

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in instrumentation or electronics, automation, measurement and control technology, mechatronics, etc. 28～40 age, more than 10 years of R&D management experience;

2. Proficient in the entire process of product software and hardware development;

3. Be familiar with embedded software development and circuit board design, analog and digital circuit design, single-chip microcomputer programming technology, serial communication and other interface technologies, and pay attention to the role and mutual cooperation of each link in the development;
4. Have good C language programming skills and circuit design skills and practical circuit design experience;
5. Maintain high sensitivity in the new product development market, have forward-looking thinking, and continuously promote product updates and upgrades;
6. Have good organization and cross-departmental coordination skills, innovative consciousness and teamwork spirit;

Embedded Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for embedded development demand analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of system architecture, interfaces, modules, applications, etc.

2. Participate in product project research, evaluation and solution design

3. Optimize embedded software algorithms and performance, improve system performance, scalability, reliability and maintainability

4. Write and maintain relevant product development technical documents

5. Solve technical problems related to product development, production or customer applications

Job Requirements:

1. Electronic information, automation, computer, communication and other related majors

2. Proficient in C, skilled in C++, with certain object-oriented programming ideas, solid programming foundation and the habit of standardizing codes, and proficient in SVN is preferred.

3. Have rich experience in embedded software platform or BSP development, familiar with embedded software design methods, experience in program architecture design, in-depth understanding of software modularity and portability, proficient in computer principles, and able to optimize the area or performance of the code

4. Familiar with STM32, DSP and other processors, and experience in industrial instrumentation industry is preferred.

5. Familiar with RTOS and other operating systems, have a deep understanding of the operating mechanism of the operating system and the device driver model, and can independently develop multi-task programs.

6. Have a certain hardware foundation and understand common communication interfaces such as RS485, SPI, I2C, and network.

7. Have good development habits and document standard writing habits.

Software Engineer (QT)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of application layer software based on embedded Linux platform (mainly smart instrument products);

2. Responsible for the overall architecture design of product application layer software or the architecture design of sub-modules, and design reliable and feasible solutions based on product demand analysis;

3. Assist product managers to complete product GUI development and implementation;

4. Write design documents for software development, and independently complete coding and unit testing;

5. Solve various problems encountered in product use, and summarize and improve them.

Job Requirements:

1. Electronic information, automation, computer, communication and other related majors, bachelor degree or above;

2. Proficient in C/C++ programming, proficient in embedded Linux application development;

3. Proficient in data structure and algorithm, Linux network programming, multi-process/thread programming, and experience in multi-threaded software design and development;

4. Proficient in QT, familiar with QT application development framework and message passing mechanism, GUI development experience, familiar with QML;

5. Familiar with at least one scripting language, such as Shell, Perl, Python, go language, etc.

6. Master MODBUS protocol, RS485, RS232, TCP/IP and other communication technologies;

7. Have good communication and learning ability, strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and certain stress resistance;

8. Those with experience in developing smart meters and full LCD meters are preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible after-sales maintenance, debugging, etc. of the company's products;

3. Respond to customers’ after-sales requests promptly and solve technical problems encountered by customers during product use;

4. Collect customer feedback and communicate with; internal. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve product quality and service level;

5. Submit work reports regularly to record service status and customer feedback.

Job Requirements:

1. College Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, electronic engineering or related majors is preferred;

2. More than 1 year of relevant work experience, those with after-sales work experience in the same industry are preferred;

3. Be familiar with the installation, commissioning and maintenance process of related products;

4. Good communication skills and customer service awareness, able to handle customer complaints and suggestions;

5. Able to adapt to business trips, strong stress resistance and problem-solving skills;

6. Be willing to try new things.

Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for maintenance of the company's pricing system;

2. Responsible for sales contract improvement;

3. Responsible for project reporting, establishment and maintenance of CRM;

Job Requirements:
