FixInst has officially launched the F501A portable oil vapor monitor, providing a more reliable and systematic solution for on-site

measurement of compressed air oil content.

01 Ultra-wide measurement range

The F501A covers a wide measurement range of oil vapor from 0.001 to 5.000 mg/m³, approaching ppb-level oil vapor detection capability.

This means you can obtain greater measurement flexibility and more stable measurement results in practical applications.

02 Oil Content / Dew Point Evaluation Function

Based on ISO 8573-1, the F501A integrates built-in oil content and dew point class evaluation functions. Future versions will support one-click
generation and export of evaluation reports, enabling direct use for on-site assessment and archiving. By embedding the standard directly into the
measurement process, on-site judgments become more consistent and transparent, reducing deviations caused by subjective experience.

03 Sensor Auto Zero Calibration & Self-cleaning

Through background auto-calibration and shutdown self-cleaning mechanisms, the F501A maintains long-term measurement stability and
effectively extends sensor service life. Multi-status indicator lights work in conjunction with on-screen alarms, ensuring that both device and
measurement environment conditions remain clearly visible and under control at all times.

During the self-cleaning process, the internal gas pathways of the sensor actively perform gas purging or flow control to promptly remove
decomposed or desorbed contaminants from the detection chamber, preventing secondary deposition.

By preventing the accumulation of oil films or contaminant layers on the electrode surfaces, the self-cleaning mechanism effectively restores electric field
uniformity between electrodes, ensuring the stability and repeatability of ion current measurements.

04 Multi-parameter Measurement with Real-time Curve Plotting

Equipped with a 7-inch high-definition display, the system supports real-time data and trend curve visualization, while simultaneously monitoring key
parameters such as pressure dew point, pressure, and temperature. This expands air quality assessment from a single metric to a multi-dimensional
evaluation. Combined with 25 GB of large-capacity storage and data export functions, it provides a solid data foundation for professional analysis
and quality traceability.

05 Device Interconnection & Remote Monitoring

Optional 4G and Wi-SUN wireless modules support wireless data upload to the cloud and device interconnection. When integrated with the FixInst
multifunction display instrument and the FCP cloud platform, measurement data can be visualized, interconnected, and managed in the cloud.

06 Portable Measurement, Inspection Assistant

Featuring a portable handheld design, the device connects via a Φ6 mm PTFE tube quick-connect fitting, enabling easy installation and true
plug-and-measure operation, making it an ideal choice for on-site inspections.

F501A is now officially available.
